Fishing report

With our weather the way it's been the past week or so has made for some tough conditions. River was high and fast but now has come down a foot or so. Understand the water level is still low. Water temp has been in hovering around 32°.
Fishing has been slow but we've been able to get some good fish. Jig and plastics have been our best tactic.
