Thursday was a pretty good day on the river chasing trout and muskies. Scott boated a beautiful musky, 3 nice browns and a fat smallmouth while missing 3 other ‘nipping’ browns. We fished from 10 to 7:30 and had an enjoyable day.
Today, we had 3 rods going for 5 hours and only boated 1 super fat smallmouth. No other fish sightings during a very stingy day on the river.
Based on the forecast, I think we will chase muskies tomorrow. Stay tuned!
