The outflow has been reduced again and is the lowest it has been since last summer, I think. Canoes will scrape across the shallow shoals and will require some work to get thru them. All jets will scrape bottom regardless of type if traveling between Warren and the dam. You really need to know the traveling routes if traveling anywhere between Kinzua and Tidioute for sure.
Looks like the ACE is sitting on our newly acquired water trying to extend tourism on the Rez. All Marinas were given notice (a few weeks ago) of a shortened season due to low rez levels. I am sure that a couple Eastern Ohio reservoirs are filling quickly. There have been some crazy rain events out there lately!
