View Full Version : I just got my new Revo Beast (60HS) on the water over the weekend

and really like it thus far. The levelwind disengages during the casting phase and seems to really increase casting distance. While not a cheaply priced reel, I think it is worth the 399.00 price tag especially if I can keep it from the reel repair shop for an additional 3-4 months after each visit.

Anyone else have one? Has it been durable for you?

The Musky world is going crazy for these right now...supposed to be very good. Does it come with all 3 handles? I have always been an abu fan. I own a Record and and 6500. How do you like yours so far??

Yes, all 3 handles came with mine. I made sure that was the case as I have heard that some sellers have them priced separately with the devil hidden in the details.

I have the 50hs the 60hs and the regular 60 I love them all. great reels first season with them but in love. Also have the revo winch and 3 ambassedour abu reels which include the catfishspecial and the Record which I both really like and need for live bait clickers but the Beast is just that great reel just love them...fOUND THEM FOR AROUND $260 ON AMAZON... Now if you not wanting to drop that cash My brother Just got the Lexa400PWR and that thing is no joke man damn nice reel wouldnt hesitate to buy that in a second

any where the best is $399 the Lexa is $249 so lot cheaper and one hell of a reel...just a tank man has to hold 250 yards of 65lb braid easy. Very nice reel its a little larger than the Beast is but not near size of Tranx great reel for money
