We fished eight hours yesterday in some great weather and managed to catch two nice fish. The first was a 41 inch fish on a quick set rig. That was Dan's first muskie ever. It didn't put up much of a fight. Probably because one of the guys in the group lost two suckers there earlier in the day so it was a little full. A couple of hours after catching that fish, we caught a 44 1/2" fish on a cowgirl. That fish was in a foot of water right under a dock. If you've fished the chip lately you know how shallow most docks are with the low water. Water temperature is still hovering around 60 degrees.

Hey Ty, can't tell you how many casts I have made off my dock then to here the story from my wife and her friend watching 3 guys catch a 44 1/2 right next to it and how the 2 of them were as exited as the 3 guys in the boat were and that it made there day watching them was pretty cool. Even cooler was reading the story here the next day. Congrats

I was so excited to show you the picture. I made sure to get your dock in the background even if the sun angle was bad. I love that bay in the fall.
