Sorry for delay on fishing report. I (Mike) have a couple extra irons in the fire..
This report will be short, so here it goes. Walleye fishing has been tough for the last week. The guides are now catching an occasional limit of walleyes. We think heat and a high volume of food has something to do with it. Some of us have changed to catching smallies and trying to catch walleyes. Including myself. Been catching 25 to 50 smallies per day. Better to have some action than not. My groups this last week have had a great time. Good wallwye action will resume with fall type weather.
