Just wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers before and after my surgery. It took longer and was much more complicated than the docs had expected, and I was on the table for close to 10 hours. I've been home for a week now, and feel I'm getting better every day. Still, I have a long way to go before being able to go back to the shop.
Most of all, I have to thank Diane for picking up all my slack since this has all began, (basically, she hasn't had a day off since sometime in May.) She's been such a trooper, there's no way I could get through all this without her help. If you stop by the shop, be sure to give her a "pat on the back" for a job well done.
