To say it was slow today would be an understatement, but we had a new neighbor out for his first trip on the pond. We managed to get him a nice 4.3 lb. Coho in 70 fow off the filter. Came on a dipsy, standard coho flasher/fly, with 60 ft. line (85lb.Power Pro) out. Will try to get him further hooked soon. However, another club member got two nice Kings, 16, and 13 lbs in the same area, just before sunrise. And a guy at the cleaning station caught 2 kings from shore near the filter. Kings came on gold cracked ice magnums for our member, but don't know what the older gent used. Saw several charters working in close, 30-50 ft. but saw nothing landed. Wind started to shift SE, and small whitecaps showed up, so with two people with back problems on board, we called it a day.
