Private Messaging

Red, I sent you a private message, I was wondering if you got it. It looks like, when you post a new thread. The screen goes to an error screen, but when you post a new thread if you go back in you can see the new post.

However, when I post a PM, it does the same thing, but when I go back into my messaging console, there is nothing in the sent box.
I am reading on other posts where there may be some issue with the messaging. I am using IE, so I was wondering if you got a message from me.

Yes, I did get the message but tried several times to reply and was denied with the error page. I will make a call and see if I can see what is happening.

You were on the right track with your guess regarding the question, BTW.

Just so you know, but you have no way of seeing it, I did get your PM also. In fact I recieved 10 of them. I did not get any notification however. I went in my in box and they were there, much the same as when I messaged you.

Good Luck with getting this fixed, there is definitely something up with the messaging.

So, to clarify...........Even thought it looks like the PM's are not going thru, they really are. The reason you have 10 of them is that I started clicking several times on the "submit message" icon before the screen went to "error message" thinking that might help.

I am on a MAC here at work so I will try to send you something now just to see if it works.

I have sent messages to HD Fatboy and Anzomcik but not sure if they went through because they are not listed as "sent" messages but I think they were sent.

I did get the PM and replied to the message in Internet Explorer as well as Chrome. Let's see if either of them lands in the right spot. The PM is not notifying me of any messages in my inbox when I log onto the site.

Oh yea, I had forgotten you were attempting cessation. Great to hear you have stuck with it. I hardly ever think about chewing anymore but when I do, it is usually a very strong urge. I chew more gum than anyone I know. :)
