Yesterdays fishing action from both walleye and panfish remained on the good side. Pretty much the same report as the last as the walleye were all relating to submerged wood in 8 to 10 feet of water out in the flats and were taken with Reeves weedless jigs tipped with large fatheads, all on a very slow retrieve. After a couple hours of working various submerged stumps and having the quality of eyes needed, my two clients/friends and I decided to hit the cribs for some crappie action. Using these same large fatheads that we used for walleye, we boated a good number of large crappie along with some smaller throw backs, also caught two huge jumbo perch tucked in the cribs with the crappie, not a bad morning at all.

Back out today to scout for new walleye magnets/submerged stumps for my upcoming trips.
