Back home here in Illinois, surface temps are in the mid 80s. Gotta be getting close to 80ish on the Flowage I'd think.
Just a friendly reminder, high water temps & a good battle can be really hard on muskies. Have the hook cutters, pliers, and other release tools ready, and spend as little time as possible for pictures. Better yet take some pics of the fish in the net or even give the muskies a break for a bit as a whole. I've been mostly fishing for bass back here with the heat waves we've had as of late.
Hope everyone is having a good season up there this year. Can't wait to get back to the Flowage in August.
