The Bay De Noc Great Lakes Sport Fishermen will be holding their spring general membership meeting at the Great Lakes Sport and Rec club on Sunday, May 5th at 4pm. Jessica Mistak, Northern Lake Michigan Supervisor for the DNR, will be giving a talk about stocking plans for the bay. It's a good time to renew your membership if you haven't already done so, and get up to speed on the club activities for the coming year.
The Ice Out Perch Tournament WAS scheduled for May 4th. I'm not 100 percent sure that the upper bay will be ice free by then, so I am postponing it to Saturday, May 11th. More details will follow, shortly.
