Well, I finally got over the hump. I was stuck at 99 fish for the year for quite a while. We caught two yesterday to break the bad streak. We have been losing a lot of fish lately. Most of the fish lately have been on quick set rigs. The Bulldawg bite slowed the last four days. We tried some crankbaits and gliders but nothing on artificial baits. We have a pretty good cold front coming in Thursday. Maybe some of the big fish will get going then.
Water temps are stuck at 47-48 degrees right now which is just fine with me. It's warm enough to catch fish on artificials but cold enough to really get the live bait action also.
