Jenn and I got out on grindstone for the first time this year. We didn't see any muskies but had a good time. Lots of dead weeds in shallow water but the coontail is in great condition.
Water temps are 60 to 58

Glad to learn the fish weren't biting on Oct 1st. I won't bother fishing next Monday and will watch the Bears' game instead !
