Fished Saturday morning from 6am to 3pm with client Sean.. Good day to be out fishing. Sean and I setup on our first spot 15 minutes into the trip Sean executed a perfect figure 8 just like I directed and hooked into a really nice 40 inch class musky, the fish started head shacking and came off next to the boat, Sean had an awesome experience from his first Musky, I think he has the bug. A little bit later I had a mid 30's swipe my bait two times but never stayed pinned, throughout the day we had 4 more active followers.. We spent a little time trolling, allot of fish still deep.. Water temp 77 least windward side warmer windward. Lots of floating weeds on the northern lakes, all our action was on bucktails.
