Hi everyone,
Guided Joe and his dad Stan again yesterday out of deer foot lodge to a lot of walleyes and crappies,perch,bluegills, and Sm. bass. Caught 11 walleyes keeping 7 nice walleyes and around 11 panfish for the table. We started out with a beautifull sunny morning but by noon we were chased off the lake by lightning. After lunch it cleared up and we had a gorgeous afternoon. The fishing was consistent the whole day with the thunder storm not making much of a difference.
We caught fish on jigs and leeches and on slip bobbers baited with minnows. Wound up catching dozens of crappies and bluegills but most were small and all fish were caught over the woody humps.
