Does anybody have a recommendation on a book pertaining to the history of the Mighty Chippewa Flowage...I personally think it is a beautiful body of water. I know the basic history, but would like a more in-depth read and some good stories to go along...If anybody knows of any please pass along...

I would hit this site first, http://www.indiantrailresort.com/ lots of good history of the flowage and on the site the two books, are full of Flowage History and definitely worth the price. John is a fanatic on the flowage history and you will enjoy his writing style.

There is a book titled "Where the River is Wide: Pahquahwong and the Chippewa Flowage" by Charlie Otto Rasmussen. Although not a large book, an interesting short read none the less.

Although not a book and not real long and from the late 90's this 15 minute Youtube clip is pretty nice.
