Hi everyone,
Guided two brothers, Josh and Jamie for a half day today. Working hard we managed 11 walleyes keeping a three man limit of 9. We also caught some perch and smallies, but really not so many. Caught everything on my leadfree jigs and leeches over the woody humps. The leadfree jigs are performing great, just ask Josh and Jamie. I like to work the wood and when I do, I lose a lot of jigs. The non toxic jigs are a lot better for the environment.
It was another bright sunny day with a wind that made a nice walleye chop to begin with. But the wind died after a while and the fishing actually got better when it did.
I have lots of openings in July, so book now to get your day on the water. I provide my leadfree jigs to my clients free. All I ask is your honest opinion of them when we're done. I think you'll be satisfied by their performance. Good luck fishing everyone.
