I know Gile is a pretty cool lake from what I hear. Not much traffic and more Canada like than anything. Not sure on Mantrap.

I'll be in Minnesota fishing Mantrap and other lakes 9/15-9/22.
The great thing about that area is that if the fishing isn't good on Mantrap, you have Leech Lake 30 miles away, Big Detroit 30 miles away and Pelican Lake an hour away .... Lots of BIG FISH lakes within short driving distance.
