Just was wondering what lure everyone planned on starting off with on opener? Just checked the weather and it looks like 40% chance of showers and high 62 (in the hayward area)!!! Atleast its not suppose to be extremely windy!
given the weather and water temps what will everyone be throwing starting off? Either be a dark haired green blade bucktail or a small crane bait for me.

Nothing like opening weekend to try all the new baits out. Then I always go back to the old Ghosttail.

Hey TY got brandonout sunday with his new setup.He ended up losing a bigmid 40's on the black and orange pacemaker he got from you at the mn show.She blew up about 6 feet from the boat and I told him several times to set the hooks as she thrashed around but he never set them tillafter the bait resurfaced.I asked him what happend and he said it scared him a little.He's hooked for sure now.
