Hi all, can anyone provide a recommendation for a marine battery? I gone through 2 Sears DieHard batteries that each have died after 2 seasons (stored inside during winter). Thanks in advance. ~Eric

That guy that gave a talk about marine electronics and batteries at the madison fishing expo recommended Trojan batteries. I have been running a pair of trojans for 6 years now with no problems. He recommended the flooded type, not the gel cell. He also said leave them plugged into an automatic battery charger 24/7. Plug them in the minute you get home and leave them plugged in till you head out again.
