I went fishing for whitefish today but didn't do very well. I ended up with Nada one. None...Zip...Zilch. But I did do pretty good on the burbots. There was a couple more that I caught that aren't in the picture. I also had 3 or 4 more that I lost. No whitefish but I had fun fighting those burbots.

You fillet them just like other fish but you do have to skin them.
