I went out with a friend and his family yesterday for a few hours of tip up fishing for pike. We caught some nice ones and lost a few good ones due to some shinnanigans. We had a 35 or 36 incher and a few low thirty inch fish along with some pickling sized ones when it was all said and done. We threw them all back. The kids had a blast and found a nice bear den to play in. Black bears are like giant teddy bears in the winter. They don't move much. I'm kidding of course. The den was empty............I think.
