Chip Water Level

Hey Ty...
Excel says that they only have drawn the Chip down just over 1.5'. Is this the normal drawn down level? The TFF is at almost 3' drawn down which to my recollection is about normal. Just wonderin'.

I think the water level is about normal for recent history. Years ago they used to draw it down more. Basically we are at Excel's mercy when it comes to water level. If they need power or if a dam downstream needs power they can legally open the gates. They try to keep the peace of course.
