Has the river been high between Tionesta and Pittsburgh lately?? Has anyone been able to 'effectively' musky fish down that way?

Just when Kinzua begins to reduced her discharge, we get just enough rain to change those plans. Don't get me wrong, I like high water musky fishing but 9 weeks of it is starting to get a little old.

Fished bottom two pools for the last month and done well. Five recent trips two fish caught and two lost plus some strikes and follows. Some spots get low breifly but have to be abandoned in kayak as fish should be to tight to shoreline to deal with higher fast water and shoreline obstructions and a large hooked fish. Water dropped from saturday to monday but is rising again.

East Brady was low and clear on 12/5 morning, but there was some rain overnight and during the day that probably changed that.
