We started out the day by donating $13.00 worth of suckers to a 30 inch pike. That was it for the morning. I think we used a little too many jerkbaits and crankbaits in the morning. In the afternoon we caught a 41 1/2 inch fish and a 36 incher and lost what seemed like a good fish and had a good fish follow. All were on Bulldawgs of varying sizes. The 41 1/2 was on a pounder and Scott caught that one. We might have had one other follow but I think that fish was the one Scott caught.
I'm guessing we should have thrown a few more Buldawgs in the morning but you just never know.
Water temps were from 51 to 53 degrees.
