Blair and his son John from Yorkville, IL joined me on "Pete" Thursday and Friday. Thursday was a little slow. Started jigging by Longview Point and had 1 keeper and 1 "shortie". Trolled the river channel on the north end and could only muster some white bass and catfish. Friday they wanted to throw for some musky so we hit the river by Chester Creek. Casted for about an hour and a half and didn't even see one. Trolled the channel on the north end again and did a little better than Thursday. Finished with 4 "keepers", 6 "shorties, 4 white bass, 1 pike, and 1 smallmouth.
