Does anyone ever have any luck walleye fishing kinkaid? I have tried to troll cranks for them a few times and I can catch cats, bass, and whites but very few walleye. I haven't done much trolling, so I would appreciate any pointers you could toss my way.

PM's encouraged if you don't want to give away too much info.

The walleyes are for sure a sluggish fish at times... I have had good luck on a bottom bouncer with a spinning rig with a night crawler , bouncing the bottom with that... Hit points and deep drops... Done well over by the damn at spillway..

Thanks for the heads up Capt., I haven't tried spinner rigs and bottom bouncers yet.

I guess I just haven't put in enough hours yet, because I hooked into a really nice walleye last night trolling cranks across my favorite spot. It came off as I was trying to net it. I guess I need to teach the dog to net my fish for me.
