i have been fishing butternut a lot lately out of my buddy's boat. 16ft green starcraft with a 50hp johnson. been catching a lot of walleyes in the pads and pencil weeds. best is when its sunny and its a crawler bite. don't stay in one spot for more than 10 minutes. i'm in stone lake right now and will be back before saturday.
