Hi everyone,
Spent about 4 hours fishing under a bright sun between the thunder storms. Caught a ton of Blugills a few Perch and 3 Walleyes. Caught every thing on mid depth sunken bog humps with a jig and leech. The South wind was variable even dying down to calm for awhile. The water temp was 78 degrees
I released evrything to fight another day. I'm trying to get a consistent pattern on the Walleyes and so far the middepth sunken bogs have been the best producers. I was hoping to cast crank baits in the evening but a big bolt of lightning at 8:30 convinced me it was time to go. I'll be back at it tommorow. Good luck fishing everyone.
