was up from sunday to friday night. fishing was tough with wednesday being the most action packed day. wind was howling on wed. and missed one and lost one on birch. saw a nice fish on pete's. caught a 34"er on an unamed spot. all spots were pounded by wind. not fun to fish, but the only pattern working. had one blow up on a pacemaker wed. night around 9:30. should have been paying more attention to the bait and not the sonar. saw fish every day and a few nice ones. a couple mid 40's and one that was easily 48 and maybe even 50. tuesday with Ty looked to be the best day with overcast skies and storms but no dice. we did find a fish about 4 footer dead by pete's. sucks to see that. most of my action was on bucktails. the heat was not very fun to put in long days in. hope to get up one more time.
