I'm coming up later this week to join some buddies who started camping last night in the Baraboo Lake area. It looked like the worst of last night's storm stayed south of there. Did it, or did my pals get nailed?

I live very close to the Springstead boat landing. We did have some rain, but not real bad. The main part of the storm went south of us. Your friends should be ok.

Thanks Tom502...they were probably so busy taking snake bite medicine, they might not have noticed! This is an annual trip we have taken for 35+years. We are old. Used to rent leaky boats from Tutt and motors from Casey. I haven't been there since the tornado so I'm interested in seeing what some of our favorite sites look like. The one we stayed at last year(two weeks before the storm) is closed permanently. We love the TFF.

I thought that Bill only rented leaky boats to me .. HAHAHAHA
Casey kept my 1957 Johnson 71/2 going strong back then.
Now I bring a 260 hp and my own boat. I still only move a 10 mph though.
