Here is my catch report and some pics from my trip July 6 thru July 16. Water temps were ranging from 72-75; water clarity great everywhere Steve Hill and I fished. Weed growth exceptional. Rained on us only once with night temps in the low/mid 60's and daytime in mid/upper 70's.

Hi Phil,

Wow great trip! I was looking at the areas you fish, but cannot find "Wonder Bay" on the CHS 6216 map. Where is "Wonder Bay".

Thanks,
Zach

Zach:

"Wonder Bay" is actually a western facing sand beach which has weeds most years and a rock/weed shoreline that leads out to a rock point with a large rock shelf on the western side.
It is not named on the map. We call it Wonder Bay because we always "wonder" how many or how big the fish we will see or catch in it. My largest to date in this bay is 49.5".
Next time I see you, I will show you on the map where it is. There are many "great" spots nearby as well.
