We got into a good bunch of fish Saturday 7-02. The fish turned on pretty good for me on Friday afternoon right out in front of the Ruscom river in 14-16 fow. Saturday morning was even better. Numbers of fish between 30-37". Just when you think its all small fish around, bang, the big ones turn on. This happened the Saturday evening of the Can-Am too.
I'm attaching 2 pictures of club members with nice fish caught Saturday am. Paul Lemire was fishing with Maurice Potvin and caught a 51.5"er, his personal best. I was fishing with Tim Graber and he caught a 51". I just about screwed up the net job, but we got it. The boats moved in on us pretty bad and the good stuff was over by about 1 pm.
