Walleye fishing is still good in Phillips Area!!! Walleye are hitting mostly in the early morning and evenings. During the day when the walleye action is slow Ross's Sport Shop Guides have been keeping their clients busy with some hot Bluegill and Smallmouth Bass action. Smallmouth trips have been averaging 50 plus fish days right now with fish to 20". Musky action has been slow with good feeding peeks around weather fronts.
