Spent a planned afternoon just enjoying a boat trip around the lake looking at the sites with all the midday boat traffic. I did talk my friend into doing a little fishing when the boat traffic calmed down after 4:30 P.M. In under two hours of time we ended up catching a dozen rockbass and two smallmouth both legel had another nice smallie come of at the side of the boat just as I was about to slip the net under it near Fontana on plastics and leeches.
