Hi Everybody
Was away at Merc National Walleye Tournament last weekend. Tough bite with the weather on Winnibago Chain. Water temp dropped over 12 degrees between Wed. 93 degrees during the day to 50 some degrees the next day. Water temp went from the high 70's to low 60's in two days. The Walleyes didn't like that.
We finished 46th out of 300 teams competing in the money anyway.
The Kings are biting now here is a pic of my crew on Saturday morning. They ended up with 12 nice Kings and had 18 or 19 on. The Howie flys are still working with white or crome dodgers. The fish are down deep off the side of the Bank Reef.
Going after Walleyes later today will let you know how it goes tomorrow.
Good Luck
Capt. Fritz
