Jason from Jackson, Wisconsin and his brother Todd shared the boat with me this morning on "The Rock". What a turn-around from yesterday. Yesterday you had to dress to keep cool; today you had to dress to keep warm. Wind out of the north at 10-15 made it cool. I think Jason was a little skeptical about what we could catch after the cold front when we moved the trip from Wednesday to Thursday. We started the day jigging timber and had 2 keeper walleye, and one crappie. About 8:30 I put the crank baits and planer boards in the water and we caught 5 more keeper walleye, 15"shorties", 3 cat, and 2 white bass before we quit at 10:30.
