Reminder............Karen Phillips says we need more anglers to sign up for the Madison Chain Outing to be held on Lake Waubesa, Monona and Mud Lake on Saturday June 4, 7a-3p. The cost is only $12 per person, you do not have to be a CCMI member to participate. The above fee includes lunch provided at the Green Lantern Restaurant on Lake Waubesa. The Awards, lunch and free door prizes start shortly after 3pm so make sure you tie up to the Green Lantern pier before 3pm.

Awards..........First Place for most number of muskies caught by points, Longest Muskie and Second Longest Muskie. Measure muskies to the nearest quarter inch. Only Muskies 30" or longer are eligible for an award. NO live bait allowed for this outing. A photograph is required of your muskie caught. No need to sign in that morning just start fishing at 7am. Check in with Karen at the Green Lantern when you come in at 3p. and show her your muskie photo, or photos. Eligible waters are Waubesa, Monona and Mud Lake.

Update.........Karen says we now have over 30 anglers signed up for the Madison Chain Outing on Saturday. A good turnout. Still plenty of time to call Karen or email her and let her know you are coming.

At this point in time do not send in your registration to the Post Office Box. Just contact Karen and let her know you are coming so she can provide a head count for lunch at the Green Lantern. Pay her when you arrive at 3pm.

Pres. Lee Bartolini called and gave me the low down on the outing. I was up in Presque Isle for the weekend.

First Place: Tom Voeck with a nice 44.5" muskie
Second Place: Hunter Anderson with a 39.5" muskie
Third Place: Mark Provenzano with a 31: muskie.

Big Thanks to Karen and Brenda for putting together and helping out on a very succesfull outing!
