I wondered what the heck was going on with flows from all the ACE dams. Looks like there is little chance of any low flows on the river for some time.

I was kinda thinking the opposite until I read the article. The Kinzua discharge was drastically reduced last weekend and I thought it was for maintenance work on a valve there but now I know it is to keep the Mississippi drainage down for those poor folks in the deep South.
As soon as things calm down in Mississippi/Alabama, we are going to have some high water up here.
I am tired of fishing in Goretex but at least I still have a home to go to every evening.
