Ok my dad decided he wants to go after some trout to so I am gonna give it a shot. I have never fished for em so any help on what kind of lures should I pick up that trout like to eat would be appreciated thatnks for all your help and replys, I am gearing up for my first trip out there. thanks again all..

Sorry for the delay very busy up here it depends on time of year and water temps!. So if they are in the spring spoons no weight or shad raps or rattle traps work very well.The later in the season the deeper they go and you have to follow them down using more weight to get down.your electronics are your eyes down there most important they will let you know when you find them they are great fighters and that 3 to 6 lb fish are very good eating oh use 14lb Fireline to a ball bearing swivel and then 10lb berkley xt oh 3ft or so to your snap and there you go any more Q's i'll be here later Don
