The gates are all open at the "Pete" Dam and the river is about a foot away from being in the parking lot at the bridge ramp again. Lot of rain up north along with the snow we had again last week means tough conditions. I haven't see a spring like this in many years. Supposed to be nice tomorrow then more rain and possible thunderstorms for Saturday.

All gates are still open and there is a lot of current in the river and it is dirty. I was out on "Pete" on Friday and caught a lot of "shorties" on the bouy line on the south end and Longview Point, along with some white bass. On the river yesterday by Yellowbanks to get out of the wind and managed to get a few whitebass, a crappie and some "shorties", only one was still milking. Water temp was 48 degrees.
I will be out on "The Rock" Wednesday and "Pete" on Friday and Saturday so will post results.
