I am currently looking to buy or rent a house in a 20-30 minute radius of Lantz Corners. 100K max for buying, $650 max for renting. Looking for atleast 2-3 BR. A garage would be nice and a yard. Any recommendations for school districts would be helpful. I have a steady job with the State of PA, and I'm being transferred to McKean Co in July 2011. I have numerous references if needed.

20 - 30 mins south of Lantz Corners puts you in Wilcox Nice little town I think theres a few places there for sale last I knew of. I am partial of it being a nice town cause it is my home town. Anyways depending on where you move to, you are looking at three possible school districts. Kane Area, Johnsonburg Area, and Smethport.
