The hound and I spotted a Bald Eagle on the North end of Alum yesterday. He stuck around for a good 45 minutes. It would be nice if he decided to take up residence but I figure it is one of the Delaware eagles on the Scioto or one of the Clear Fork eagles? Who knows? I have encountered only about 5 wild eagles so it was very cool to see. I can't get over how big they are. They look like they would be able to take a 35 incher out of the water-no problem. Maybe I don't want one here (LOL!)
Needless to say that the lab pup stayed at my side while it was cruising the lake. It seemed to be keeping an eye on the pup.
