Ice Conditions on Kinzua

Planning on fishing Willow Bay, Sugar and North South Bay in April. Does anyone know if all the ice melted on Kinzua yet? I would think it would be all gone by April 1st. And does anyone know what are the water levels like?

The ice will be gone by then and the water levels are already a couple of feet above summer levels as of today.
