Got a 21-inch walleye in the narrows tonight in 26 fow, fishing the last hour of daylight. A glow (green) jig head tipped with a 3-inch minnow. Had a couple of other strikes that I missed (they seemed to prefer the live bait tonight versus the jigging rap). Marked some lookers as well.
First time I was able to get out for the evening bite (been targeting perch so far this year), so I was encouraged to get that one right away and have a couple of other strikes.
