Here are the perch I cought on BBDN yesterday. I wanted to post a pic of them but forgot till I hade them partly cleaned. Better than no pic at all though. 22 perch

That's about as fine a looking batch of perch that you'll see.
Nice.
Why not just fillet em? That seems like alot of work the way you did it.

I do fillet them. I'm old school. I always head them before I filet them.

My dad still does it the same way! Nice catch. Must have been fun. Hope to get a few this weekend for my fry pan.
