We have had some great outing in the past few weeks... Lots of whitefish mostly limit catches... We have 6 heated ice shanties on location and with some extremely cold weather coming this weekend I'm glad they are insulated and fairly close to our launch site. We are on some very safe ice right now and I'd expect this next cold spell to seal-the-deal from safe travel almost anywhere on the bay... Our Polaris Ranger and Jiffy ice Augers are working overtime these days as we deliver our guest to and from the shanties throughout the day, and provide the one-on-one instruction and help to capitalize on what at times can be non-stop action... Whitefish provide a unique challenge. We fish them in deep water, 30 to 50 feet, and feeling the bite, and reading your electronics properly is the difference between and okay day and an awesome day... regardless of the result, we are confident that you will find that we represent the best that door county has to offer... Hope to see you soon... shanties need to be off March 15th and it coming facter than we thing...
