This contraption just looks mean! Kinda like "the Radio Flyer meets Freddie Kruger".

At first glance that looked like what they a call a scratcher (I think, I'll check my terminology), which is a mode transportation on the ice on the Miss. River, where the boat is propelled on slides using a wheel that looks like that, except that the teeth are not so sharp as to cut the ice but dig and move the boat.
And Yukon was right, OSHA would not be impressed...
