started out early trollin in AM and driftin afternoon , "crawlers harnesses"got 1@18 2 @20 and 2 perch 1 was 13" lost 1 small 1 @ the boat and a few misses through out the day.trolled cranks tonight for a couple of hrs nothin! back out tomorow.

4 eyes 3 @ 18" 1 thowback, lost nice one at the boat, and 1 nice perch "better than going to work"

out again all day 1st fish was caught at 1:00 pm 3 eyes 1@18"1@19" and a fat 28" (put him back for another day) 2 perch. all in all not a bad week! we got all our fish on the east bank of the upper bay,trolled crawler harnesses,drifted when it got too windy,slow was the key!

Fished the lower bay east bank across from the terrace down to the red can north of esky harbor. Marked plenty of bait and larger fish but no takers. Started out on cranks deep husky jerks, tail dancers, and shallow jerks and reef runner sticks. Then switched to crawlers and harnesses. Ran from 1-1.4 but nuthin. Maybe it was too fast but ran around 1.4-1.8 on the cranks. This is the 3rd trip over there with nothin doin. Dont get it you think somethin would hit. Water temps were in the 52ish area.

we were out there last tues same thing marked fish but no takers that was the 1st time out there for me only,have a 16 ' boat when the winds picked up we headed north thats when we started getting a few . trollin cranks only produced 1 @ 19",we have alway's done better o0n cranks this time of year,Oh well go back to work tommorow! keep postin it's a good mental getaway!
